Dashboard

The ReqFlow dashboard provides a centralized view of all your requisition activities, key metrics, and important notifications. It's designed to give you an at-a-glance understanding of your organization's procurement status.

ReqFlow Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

The ReqFlow dashboard is the command center for your procurement operations. It aggregates data from across the platform to provide real-time insights into requisition status, approval workflows, budget utilization, and recent activities.

Unlike traditional procurement systems that require navigating through multiple screens to gather information, ReqFlow's dashboard presents critical data in a single, customizable view that adapts to your role and permissions.

Key Components

1. Status Cards

The top section of the dashboard features status cards that display key metrics:

  • Pending Approvals - Requisitions awaiting your approval
  • My Requisitions - Status of requisitions you've submitted
  • Department Budget - Current budget utilization
  • Recent Payments - Latest processed payments

2. Requisition Activity

The activity feed shows recent requisition events across your organization or department, including:

  • New requisition submissions
  • Approval status changes
  • Comments and notes
  • Payment processing updates

3. Analytics Charts

Visual representations of your procurement data help identify trends and patterns:

  • Requisition Status Chart - Distribution of requisitions by status
  • Department Spending - Comparative spending across departments
  • Monthly Trend - Requisition volume and spending over time
  • Approval Time - Average time for requisition approvals

4. Quick Actions

Shortcut buttons for common tasks:

  • Create new requisition
  • Review pending approvals
  • Generate reports
  • Access recent requisitions

Dashboard Customization

ReqFlow allows users to customize their dashboard view based on their preferences and responsibilities:

  • Widget Arrangement - Drag and drop widgets to organize your view
  • Filter Preferences - Set default filters for dashboard data
  • Time Range Selection - Choose the time period for displayed metrics
  • Saved Views - Create and switch between multiple dashboard configurations

Role-Based Dashboard Views

The dashboard adapts to different user roles to show relevant information:

  • Requesters - Focus on their own requisitions and department budget
  • Approvers - Emphasis on pending approvals and approval history
  • Finance Team - Budget utilization and payment processing metrics
  • Administrators - System-wide metrics and user activity

Dashboard Notifications

The notification system keeps users informed of important events:

  • Requisitions requiring attention
  • Approaching budget thresholds
  • System announcements
  • Workflow bottlenecks

Notifications can be configured to appear on the dashboard, via email, or through mobile push notifications.

Mobile Dashboard Access

The ReqFlow dashboard is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices, allowing users to:
